Consultations with Dr Couturier in Paris

For certain light technical procedures, Dr. Couturier has created an innovative structure in France called OFFICE SURGERY. It's an operating room located in a consultation center. Simple procedures can be performed using innovative local anaesthetic techniques (WALANT anaesthesia), as well as surgical techniques based on recent advances in surgical equipment, such as ultrasound surgery.

The OFFICE SURGERY method, widely developed in many countries, is new to France. Doctor Couturier set up the first independent center in Montigny-le-Bretonneux in 2020. The second center was more recently opened in the Paris Wagram consultation center.

Thanks to this method, procedures can be carried out without the patient having to fast.

Unlike conventional outpatient hospitalization, most procedures are performed in less than 90 minutes.

With more than 3,600 procedures performed since 2020, Dr Couturier has extensive expertise in this practice, which significantly reduces post-operative pain and provides a level of care and personalization that cannot be reproduced in any other facility. Patients who have been able to experience this treatment all report a high level of satisfaction and a preference for conventional outpatient treatment.
